To request a refund within the 60-day guarantee period, simply email our customer support team at support@tedswoodworking.com with your order confirmation number or checkout email address.
Refund requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
There are zero restocking fees, processing fees, or cancellation charges associated with refunding your order.
